OUR PROCESS
Once we receive a completed application (verified by our office to be “completed”) the applicant(s) are contacted on a first-come, first-serve basis with a list of available and upcoming properties to choose from for viewing/tours and to apply. Once a desired property is selected, the potential tenant is screened and background checks are completed and the application fee is processed.

We do not show properties before submitted applications
We accept Metropolitan subsidizing
We allow pets as approved by property management
We accept security deposit subsidization
